Development setup, PR rules, and versioning live in CONTRIBUTING.md on GitHub. Live adapter contributors should also read backend conformance before changing a capability flag or oracle threshold.

To preview this site locally:

mkdocs serve

Then open http://127.0.0.1:8000/.
